2 · Choose how to pay

Card and mobile money for small orders. Institutions order against an LPO on approved credit terms, with a proforma invoice issued first.

3 · We confirm stock and lead time

Held stock ships same or next working day from Bugolobi. Indent items are confirmed with a dated lead time before you commit.

4 · Delivered, or delivered and installed

Take delivery and fit it yourself, or add commissioning and have the same engineers who build our projects do it.

Kampala

Same or next working day on held stock, delivered from our Bugolobi office. Collection is welcome if you are nearby.

Upcountry

Two to four working days by courier to Arua, Gulu, Mbarara, Soroti, Mbale, Masindi, Fort Portal and elsewhere.

Regional

We have delivered into Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Somalia. Regional orders are quoted individually.

Payment

Mobile money and card for small orders. Institutions order against an LPO on approved credit terms after a proforma invoice.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty, claimed through us. Faults on an installed system go to support@voitechsolutions.net.
