VOIP and telephony services

Tailored to your business needs — IP and hybrid PABX, SIP trunks, least-cost routing, desk and soft phones, and DECT where staff move around a site. We still maintain legacy Ericsson and Panasonic estates alongside current Mitel and Grandstream platforms.

Call Center & Contact Center Solutions

Queues, IVR, auto-attendant, call recording, wallboards and agent reporting — from a four-seat desk to a national tollfree hotline.

Audio and Video conferencing systems

Room systems and conferencing platforms that let distributed teams and partners meet properly, specified to the size and acoustics of the room.

Collaboration Tools

The messaging, presence and file-sharing layer that sits around the voice system, integrated with the platforms your people already use.

02In more detail

PABX systems in Uganda

A PABX still earns its place here: it keeps the switchboard and critical extensions reachable when the internet link drops, which in Uganda is a design requirement rather than a nice-to-have. We design hybrid systems with analogue or GSM fallback, and we are Mitel certified with long experience on Ericsson BP250, MD110, Panasonic, Grandstream and Asterisk.

SIP trunks and tollfree numbers

We are Airtel Uganda's preferred service provider for SIP trunk installations and configure trunks on every major local carrier. Savings come from on-net calls between branches, trunk rental replacing per-line rental, and least-cost routing — sized from your last three months of bills rather than an industry average.

05How an engagement runsFive stages
STAGE 01

Design

Site survey, requirements and a solution architecture you can hold a vendor to — before anything is bought.

STAGE 02

Supply

Sourcing through direct manufacturer partnerships, so what arrives is genuine, licensed and supportable.

STAGE 03

Install

Cabling, trunking and routing to TIA-942B and T606C standards, with rack manuals and a labelling scheme left behind.

STAGE 04

Train

Your people learn the system on the system — administrators and end users — before we step back.

STAGE 05

Commission

Sign-off against the design, then an SLA. Several of our support relationships are past the ten-year mark.

06Questions we get asked
Will the phones still work if the internet goes down?
On a hybrid system, yes. We keep analogue or GSM fallback on site so the switchboard and critical extensions stay reachable when the link drops. We treat that as a design requirement on every Ugandan installation.
Can you support the PABX we already have?
Usually. We hold Mitel certification and have long-standing experience on Ericsson, Panasonic, Grandstream and Asterisk estates. We have taken over systems installed by other vendors, documented them and run them under SLA for years — Nakasero Hospital and the Infectious Diseases Institute are both examples.
How much can a SIP trunk actually save us?
It depends on your call mix. The saving comes from on-net calls between branches becoming free, trunk rental replacing per-line rental, and least-cost routing. We size it from your actual bills before quoting.
Do you cover sites outside Kampala?
Yes. We have delivered and supported systems in Arua, Soroti, Masindi, Mukono, Fort Portal and Entebbe, and across six countries including Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Somalia.

Tell us what needs to work.

A boardroom that never quite works, a call centre to stand up, a network that drops every afternoon, a security posture nobody has reviewed in three years. Send the brief and we will come and look.
